Information about the online store
The products in this shop are sold by Teezed Oy (Business ID: 2121478-8), Runeberginkatu 27a, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. We sell art prints of Tiina Zilliacus's original drawings to consumers of full age. Product prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping charges.
How to order
Products are ordered online at tiinazilliacus.com/shop via the shopping cart and fulfilled by Printful. All orders are confirmed by email, showing the order price, shipping cost, and the products ordered. You'll need to provide a valid email address at checkout to receive this confirmation. By placing an order, you agree to the delivery terms in force at the time of your order.
Order confirmation
After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email showing your order number, the products and quantities ordered, and the total amount charged, including VAT and shipping.
Payment options
Payments are processed securely through the website's checkout. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and include card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and other options enabled in the store. We do not see or store your full card details, payments are handled by the payment provider.
Delivery time
Orders are produced by print partner, Printful, once you order, nothing is pre-printed or held in stock. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which the order ships. Estimated transit time after production:
Destination
Finland: 2–5 business days
Rest of EU: 3–7 business days
Outside the EU: 5–15 business days

Delivery method and shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Orders are shipped as tracked parcels. Because fulfillment is handled by Printful, local pickup isn't available.
Exchange and Return Conditions
As a consumer shopping from the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order without giving a reason, under Finnish and EU consumer protection law.
To return an item: contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@tiinazilliacus.com, then send the item back to us, at your own cost, unused and in its original packaging, to:

Include your order number and your name. Once we receive the return, we'll refund the price paid.
Problems with shipping and defective products
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue at shop@tiinazilliacus.com. We'll arrange a free reprint or a refund.
Changes to these terms
We may update these delivery terms from time to time. Please check the terms in force before placing an order, the version shown at the time of your order applies to it. We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy and do not share it with third parties beyond what's needed to fulfill your order (for example, with Printful and our payment provider).
